Follow The 20 Degrees South Run team on their run in the months to come.

The red markers indicate the planned run route across Africa crossing Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. The yellow markers indicate the team's live progress after each day of running.

Along the route, Giles Clarke will be placing stone markers at significant landmarks in honour of his mother Tassie, who sadly passed away a few months ago and who was helping plan the route for the run. These are also marked on the map with the grey stone markers.

As the team begins their journey watch their real-time progress as they traverse this remarkable landscape, with updates on daily running distances and camp sites.
